The mounting and fixing bracket of the cycloidal hydraulic motor must have sufficient rigidity. When there is pressure shock in the system, the rear drive of the hydraulic motor is not allowed to vibrate, as this can easily damage the motor. The output shaft of the cycloidal hydraulic motor should be coaxial with the axis of the connected coupling. When seamless steel pipes are used for the oil inlet and outlet of the cycloidal hydraulic motor, the stress in the pipes must be completely eliminated, and no interaction force from the pipes is allowed to act on the motor. Before the cycloidal hydraulic motor is put into operation after installation, the motor housing should be filled with clean hydraulic oil through the two oil ports. Rotate the output shaft; if there is no abnormality, the motor can be installed in the equipment. The axial load borne by the output shaft of the cycloidal hydraulic motor must not exceed the standard value; otherwise, it may affect the working stability of the motor and shorten its service life. When oil leakage occurs in the cycloidal hydraulic motor, the cause should first be identified. There are generally three reasons for oil leakage in the cycloidal hydraulic motor:(1) Oil leakage at the end cover: During the daily use of the motor, the oil seal and the output shaft are in continuous friction, which will inevitably cause wear on the oil seal and the shaft surface. If this situation occurs, only the corresponding "O" - ring needs to be replaced.
