Product Features of HCM Hydraulic Motor

The HCM hydraulic motor is a new-type product independently developed by our company with design improvements based on Italian technology, integrating years of practical experience. Its main features are as follows:

There is no lateral force between the piston and the swing cylinder; the bottom of the piston is designed with hydrostatic balance; and torque is transmitted between the piston and the crankshaft via rolling bearings. All these design elements reduce friction losses during power transmission. Therefore, the HCM series hydraulic motor features high mechanical efficiency and a high starting torque (with a mechanical efficiency of over 0.92 during startup).

The flat port plate is simple and reliable, which enhances sealing performance—resulting in excellent low-speed stability and minimal leakage. A plastic piston ring is used to seal the gap between the piston and the swing cylinder, achieving zero leakage. Thus, the motor boasts high volumetric efficiency (up to 0.98).

The structural design reduces friction losses and improves sealing performance, ensuring excellent low-speed stability. The motor can operate stably at a working condition of 1 r/min and has a wide speed regulation range (with a speed adjustment ratio of up to 1000).

The piston and bearing sleeve are tightly attached via a snap ring with no clearance. As a result, this series of hydraulic motors can operate under pump working conditions; when the oil inlet is closed, the motor can run at high speed under free-wheel working conditions.

The HCM series hydraulic motor supports high operating pressure, with a maximum pressure of up to 45 MPa. It also features light weight, compact size, and high power density.

Owing to its simple structure, reasonable design, and adoption of bearings with high load-carrying capacity, the motor ensures reliable operation, long service life, and low noise. Its drive shaft can withstand radial loads, and the rotation direction is reversible.


 

HCM2

Based on the collected materials and combined with the relevant professional knowledge of the machinery, conduct an analysis to determine whether to carry out a partial or comprehensive inspection of the machinery.

  1. Check if the machinery has traces of oil leakage, water leakage, or high temperature.
  2. Verify whether the tightness of each drive belt meets the specifications.
  3. Inspect if all parts are loose or missing.
  4. Check if the oil and water levels in all parts are within the specified range and if there is any deterioration. During the inspection, pay attention to observing whether the operator added oil or water after internal parts were damaged due to oil or water shortage during the machinery’s operation. Based on the actual materials and inspection results, after analysis confirms that starting and operating the machinery will not increase part wear or expand faults, the machinery can be subjected to operation inspection and testing (applicable to Sany hydraulic motors).
  5. Listen and observe whether there is abnormal noise during the machinery’s operation, if the operation is stable, if there is vibration, if the power consumption of the machinery itself (e.g., excavator hydraulic motors) has increased, and if the engine exhaust smoke concentration and the power transmission of the transmission device are normal.
