Product Features of YCM Hydraulic Motor

The YCM hydraulic motor has high housing strength and strong load-bearing capacity of internal dynamic components, with a wide continuous power range. The main features of the motor are as follows:

Adopts a crankshaft and a five-cylinder, five-piston mechanism with low excitation frequency, maintaining the original low-noise characteristic;

Has a large starting torque and excellent low-speed stability, enabling stable operation at very low speeds;

Utilizes a planar compensable oil distribution structure, which offers high reliability, low leakage, and convenient maintenance. The piston and plunger sleeve are sealed with sealing rings, ensuring high volumetric efficiency;

The crankshaft and connecting rod are supported by rollers, providing high mechanical efficiency; the rotation direction is reversible, and the output shaft can withstand a certain degree of radial and axial external forces.

Three Cases of Hydraulic Motor Oil Leakage

(1) Oil leakage at the bearing end cover: During the motor’s daily operation, the oil seal and the output shaft are in a state of continuous friction, which will inevitably cause wear to the oil seal and the shaft surface. When the wear exceeds a certain level, the oil seal will lose its sealing effect, leading to oil leakage.Solution: The oil seal needs to be replaced. If the output shaft is worn, it must be replaced together if the wear is severe.

(2) Oil leakage at the seal joint: The "O"-ring under the seal of the gear motor is crushed or aged, resulting in the loss of sealing effect. The probability of this situation occurring is very low; if it does occur, it can be resolved simply by replacing the "O"-ring.

(3) Oil leakage at the motor gaps: The "O"-rings located between the motor housing and the front end plate, between the front end plate and the stator body, or between the stator body and the rear end plate are aged or crushed. For crawler travel motors, if this situation occurs, it can be fixed by replacing the relevant "O"-ring.
