The YCM hydraulic motor has high housing strength and strong load-bearing capacity of internal dynamic components, with a wide continuous power range. The main features of the motor are as follows:
Adopts a crankshaft and a five-cylinder, five-piston mechanism with low excitation frequency, maintaining the original low-noise characteristic;
Has a large starting torque and excellent low-speed stability, enabling stable operation at very low speeds;
Utilizes a planar compensable oil distribution structure, which offers high reliability, low leakage, and convenient maintenance. The piston and plunger sleeve are sealed with sealing rings, ensuring high volumetric efficiency;
The crankshaft and connecting rod are supported by rollers, providing high mechanical efficiency; the rotation direction is reversible, and the output shaft can withstand a certain degree of radial and axial external forces.
What Matters Should Be Noted During the Operation of a Crane?
The crane operator must be familiar with the performance, structure, and operating procedures of the equipment, and hold a work certificate issued by the labor department.
Before operation, check whether the crane’s ground anchor and loading frame are firm; at the same time, check whether the clutch and braking system are sensitive and reliable. Ensure that the protective covers for exposed transmission components such as drive belts and gears are complete.
The steel wire ropes should be neatly arranged. During the process of lifting the hanging basket, at least 3–5 turns of the steel wire rope must be retained on the drum. The wear degree of the steel wire rope (for swing cylinder hydraulic motors) shall not exceed 10%, and the steel wire rope passing through the movable pulley shall have no splices.
The crane shall be used and maintained by designated personnel. Regularly check whether the grounding wire is in good condition. If electric leakage of electrical equipment or other faults are found, report to the foreman immediately. Unauthorized maintenance is not allowed.
The electric hanging basket must be equipped with a protective door, and it can only be used for lifting materials—carrying people is strictly prohibited. When the hanging basket is suspended in the air, in addition to using the braking system, it must also be supported by a parking frame. It is forbidden for anyone to walk under the hanging basket by crossing the steel wire ropes.
The loading frame must be equipped with good grounding and lightning protection devices. Check once a week whether the limit switch is sensitive and reliable. When the hanging basket lifts loads, the weight of bricks, mortar, etc., shall not exceed 0.5 tons; lifting overweight or overlong objects is strictly prohibited.
In case of power failure during operation, cut off the power supply and lower the lifted objects or the hanging basket to the ground.
After the swing cylinder motor operation is completed, lower the lifting basket or objects to the ground, cut off the power supply, and lock the distribution box.
