The YCM hydraulic motor has high housing strength and strong load-bearing capacity of internal dynamic components, with a wide continuous power range. The main features of the motor are as follows:

Adopts a crankshaft and a five-cylinder, five-piston mechanism with low excitation frequency, maintaining the original low-noise characteristic;

Has a large starting torque and excellent low-speed stability, enabling stable operation at very low speeds;

Utilizes a planar compensable oil distribution structure, which offers high reliability, low leakage, and convenient maintenance. The piston and plunger sleeve are sealed with sealing rings, ensuring high volumetric efficiency;

The crankshaft and connecting rod are supported by rollers, providing high mechanical efficiency; the rotation direction is reversible, and the output shaft can withstand a certain degree of radial and axial external forces.

What Adverse Effects Does Overload Slippage Have on a Five-Star Hydraulic Motor?

The answer is that the piston and cylinder block inside the motor will be scratched, leading to increased leakage and loss of power.

Working Principle of the Internal Five-Star Motor

The oil distribution plate of the internal five-star motor is fixed. Torque is transmitted between the crankshaft and the piston of the five-star motor through roller bearings. When pressure oil enters the cylinder block through the window of the oil distribution plate to push the piston, the piston extends under the action of the pressure oil and abuts against the crankshaft, generating an axial eccentric force p on the piston. This force can be decomposed into an axial component force and a vertical component force Q. The vertical component force Q of the internal five-star motor balances the hydraulic force on the piston, while Q makes the piston generate a torque around the center of the crankshaft, driving the motor shaft to rotate in the counterclockwise direction. If the input direction of the motor's pressure oil is changed, the motor shaft will rotate in the clockwise direction.

What to Do If One Cylinder Block of Your Hydraulic Five-Star Motor Fails During Use?

In the case of an internal five-star hydraulic motor, if you encounter such a situation, you cannot repair it by yourself—you need to take it to a maintenance station. If the maintenance technician says it is beyond repair, you have to buy a new one.
